The Passion of the Christ presents indispensable opportunities to share the gospel. Campus Crusade for Christ is pleased to present the following volunteer opportunities in a coordinated effort to partner with local churches. Using the Internet as a means for people to communicate the thoughts and needs that arise from watching the movie, there are many ways you can get involved and be a part of the spiritual harvest God is working through this film!

Prayer Team The battle will be fought in the closet of prayer for the many souls that will be exposed to the life of Christ in this movie. The spiritual attack will be fierce, and without prayer we cannot expect to make inroads into the enemy's territory. As a prayer volunteer you would be sent weekly updates and prayer requests for The Passion of the Christ outreach effort being made across Canada, as well as an opportunity to join the upcoming 24-hour prayer chain.

E-mail Mentoring As movie-goers are encouraged to visit thelife.com, we expect that many of them will send e-mails, asking various questions about the movie and about Christ Himself. Each person will require a personal response, which will come for our base of volunteer e-mail mentors. If you are willing to invest some time and energy into their lives by answering their questions and praying for them, then e-mail mentoring is for you.
Live Chat Visitors to thelife.com will be encouraged to discuss the movie in the website's chat room. Daily chat sessions will be held where you will have the opportunity to participate in one-hour moderated discussions with real people. Curriculum from the movie and/or from books such as More than a Carpenter, The Uniqueness of Jesus and The Case for Christ will be provided as a guiding tool for the sessions. Valuable training will be provided on how to use the chat room, including how to discuss spiritual issues and share the gospel.
Sharethelife Discussion Board A discussion board is where you can interact on various questions about the movie. On this board for sharethelife.com - you can post questions, concerns, reactions and how to use this movie as a tool to share Christ. We are looking for participants in these discussion boards.
Seeker's/Evangelism Discussion Board Discover another place where you can interact by posting answers to people's questions regarding the movie and other spiritual issues. This board is different in that the focus and purpose is to reach and interact with seekers. Sensitivity and evangelism are the watch words for this board. We are looking for participants with a heart to reach the lost.
